From corporate and day spas to mobile services and eventually private practice, she has honed her skills across diverse settings. Kaysha believes that open communication is essential to building strong client relationships and supporting optimal body function. Her sessions reflect a thoughtful, problem-solving approach—focused not just on relaxation, but on helping clients achieve greater balance, health, and body awareness. Her lifelong background as an athlete, yoga instructor, CrossFitter, and bodybuilder directly influences her dynamic and effective massage style. Ginni seamlessly blends Eastern and Western techniques in each session, creating a personalized experience for every client. With a degree in Kinesiology and a strong sense of intuitive touch, she tailors her work to meet a wide range of needs—from stay-at-home parents to elite tactical athletes. Ginni thrives on a challenge and approaches each case with confidence and dedication.

    Brittney brings a diverse background to the Modern Wellness team, combining her expertise in massage therapy with a solid foundation in the healthcare industry. Beginning her career in patient care services, she later transitioned into massage therapy, drawing on her hospital experience to provide a more personalized approach to wellness. With experience in both the spa setting and private practice, Brittney is dedicated to ensuring each client leaves their session feeling deeply relaxed and with a greater understanding of how the body functions.

  • Dr. Mikaila Boldt

    Physical Therapist

    Mikaila joins the Modern Wellness team as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Yoga Teacher with a collaborative approach to empowering clients to move well beyond pain. She utilizes a combination of movement analysis, functional dry needling, manual therapy, and individualized exercise prescription to reduce pain, improve function, and reduce the risk of injury. With a background as a neurological and orthopedic physical therapist in the traditional health care system, she realized how much more effective individualized care can be when given true quality time to listen to patients’ concerns actively. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, lacking mobility, or optimizing your performance- Mikaila will be an influential provider on your wellness team.

    Jenna Saunders is an emerging massage therapist who earned her Associate's Degree in Therapeutic Massage from Sandhills Community College in May 2024. With two years of focused training, she tailors each session to meet your individual goals—whether you're looking for deep relaxation or targeted pain relief. Jenna is committed to creating a comfortable, client-centered experience and is passionate about helping others feel their best. She plans to specialize in myofascial release and outcome-based massage as she continues to grow in her practice.

    Originally from Nags Head, NC, Hilary has a deep passion for helping others become the best version of themselves. She earned her certificate in Therapeutic Massage from Sandhills Community College, holds an elementary teaching certificate from Campbell University (2022), and a Bachelor's in Liberal Studies from Peace College (2009).Outside of work, Hilary enjoys staying active with her two boys, cooking, painting, and diving into a good book.Hilary chose massage therapy because she truly believes in the healing power of touch. Her approach is personalized—each session is tailored to support the body’s natural healing process while encouraging both physical and mental relaxation. Through therapeutic touch, lifestyle awareness, and client collaboration, Hilary is dedicated to supporting overall wellness in a meaningful, intentional way.

    Patricia works in collaboration with you, your body and your nervous system by staying present, attentive and mindful throughout each individualized therapeutic session. As a Licensed Bodywork & Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Therapist, and Trauma Touch Therapist™, she integrates various modalities into her practice to address all the dimensions of your Being— physical, mental-emotional, energetic, intuitive and spiritual. Her Somatic Therapy sessions are designed to empower you to deepen your connection to yourself, to experience physical relief and mental ease, and to promote your holistic well-Being. Patricia’s comprehensive training, including a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy, combined with her service as a Navy veteran and experience as a caregiver for a parent with dementia, have profoundly influenced her person-centered and relational approach to therapeutic care.
